I just got a Wishes Cruise!!

I can't believe it! We planned our trip to WDW after the 90 day window. I've been trying on occassion to book the Wishes cruise. Of course I kept getting - "Sorry all booked up".

I was just about to close everything up and start putting my DD to bed when I decided to make the call tonight. We're having a bad day in my house today since my doggie passed away unexpectedly. So I was expecting the same answer. Even the CM was expecting the same answer.
It took her about 30 seconds, she came back on and said "Yes" she has a cancellation and would be happy to book me! I'm not quite sure who was more surprised - her or me! So now I get to surprise everyone with some good news!

I guess someone was sending pixie dust my way!

My DD5 really wanted to put in that hourglass!

That's Great! I wanted to do one of those cruises too, but wanted too long. Looks like I should have called today too. We're leaving in 26 days too!! Have fun!

I'm so sorry to hear about your doggie. Is your family doing okay? From personal experience I know just how attatched people can get to their pets.

On an upside thats great news about Wishes! We had the same luck as well! I had not discovered the disboards until after the 90 day window (or the Wishes cruises) and called about a month and a half beforehand expecting them to be booked up....

Nope! There had been 4 cancellations for that week alone for Wishes so we had our pick of days. Have a blast on it!

Thanks for everyone's good thoughts and wishes. My family is hanging in there. He was a good doggie and will be missed. Its very quiet in the house since he was a very large dog and seemed to make alot of noise just being. But he lived a long time for a VERY large dog and he had a very pampered life.

I just wanted to thank everyone for all the pixie dust! And to remind all the new people (me included) to never stop calling. Like I said that CM was convinced that there were no fireworks planned that night. She couldn't believe I got it!
