The wife and I just got new MacBook Pros! Although I'm still getting over the sticker shock. I do know it will be worth it.

I know there are a lot of Mac lovers out there so I may be asking advice as I know virtually nothing about a Mac. I've been a PC guy for years, argued in favor of them....tried to give them the benefit... but eventually I had to hit ctrl+alt+delete one to many times!

Welcome to the cult. Macs are very similar to PC's as far as the 'regular' use they just have a smoother interface. You won't have any problems switching over.

Love my Mac (and my iPod, my iPod touch, my iPhone) -- yes, I'm a an Apple fan. I use a PC for work, but everything at home is Apple. While there are some differences in how to get things to work (first hint: the delete key on your MacBook acts as a Backspace key; to delete like you would on your PC, hold down fn and then delete), everything is pretty intuitive.
