I just Canceled Le Cellier for 9-11 for dinner 6:20pm

Heads up for anyone wanting to eat at Le Cellier--
I just changed my ADR and canceled a 6:20pm on Thursday, Sept. 11th.
Hope this helps. We didn't care for the New Menu.

You made a great decision. We just ate there a few days ago and it was absolutely terrible. Worst meal of our 10 night deluxe dp stay. Hope you got something better in it's place

We decided to try "TUTTO ITALIA" in Italy.
I was going to get the Halibut Fish at Le Cellier but could not
get past the side that they came with: Braised Beets
I like the menu at the Italian Place and hope they keep it until we
eat there in Sept.

I think you made a good choice in going to Italy. Anything has to be better than Le Cellier. I keep wondering if it was just us, but people around us were making some same remarks about it not being as good as they expected.

Le Cellier was a must for my wife and I every (and I mean every) trip to Disney. Sadly we always had the same item - the Maple Barbeque Filet. I don't know at this point whether we'll try something else or never go back. On another thread, someone suggested the change was probably due to the item not moving, but we were told by staff that that particular item was a menu favorite.

We were told it was because most people asked for the maple bbq on the side and not on the steak. That is what the waitress said to us. You can apparently still get the bbq sauce on the side if you ask for it with another steak. I don't know how long that will last.

I have a reservation for that very same day and I think roughly the same time! and was thinking of cancelling. I am just so disappointed as I was so happy to get an ADR for Le Cellier! And I am just not sure where else to go for a good steak and a unique atmosphere!
