For me!

Someone, I think on this message board was talking about how children's 5 or 6 is the same thing as a women's 7. Today while in was in target looking for shoes for my children I found the cutest keen knockoffs in the girl's section. They only had a size 3 at the store (and only go up to size 4 online :sad1:) so I went over and found they had the same shoes in the boys section only in navy. I really like the pink but $20 vs. $80 for the real one's I'll take boys shoes. :rotfl:

I do this all the time. Boys shoes is cheap than man shoes. I also like the fact the boy shoes comes in wider widths than women shoes.

Boy/mens shoes are nicer since they're wider than womens. I've bought both over the years, depending on the style of shoe I wanted. Typically mens run about 2 sizes larger. I usually wear an 8-8 1/2 womens and a 6 1/2 mens.

I agree boys shoes are cheaper than man’s shoe but they are meant for boys. If you start wearing the boys pair of shoe it would really look hilarious. Use what is meant for your age :)

I've bought boys shoes quite frequently in the past... the classic Adidas soccer shoes with the stripes. Got a cute white pair with purple stripes in the boys section. They weren't on sale, but they were cute!

If I'm shopping for a pair of Vans or Chucks I look in the women's, men's & boy's sections to find the pair/style that I like the best. Sometimes they're cheaper than what I would buy in women's, sometimes they're not & I just like the style better.

Boys snealers look alot like girls sneakers. My oldest DD prefers boys colors. When it comes to brand names, I would much rather pay $30 for a boys pair of Nikes than $60 for a woman's pair. ;)

with my kids we have gone both ways......boys shoes for the girls and once a women's NB for DS...because they were the SAME shoe!

I am wearing my $50 plain white leather boy's Nike shox right now! Versus the EXACT same pair that were $90 in women's....

I went to Marshalls this weekend and bought New Balance's Rock and Tone shoes (similar to the sketchers and all those others). Original price was 124 dollars...I got them on clearance for 25 dollars!!:thumbsup2:cloud9:
I love New Balance shoes and I just went on a walk with these shoes and they work! I can feel my legs and bum getting a workout!:)
Just wanted to tell anyone who was interested!
