AS Movies for July 5th -11th.Tell me I did the right thing.Last year we stayed at CBR for less than we are paying for ASMo.We did choose the preffered room ,is the extra 10$'s worth it?Is the location that great? The CM told me we will be near the main pool and food court in the Fantasia section.I just hope I'm not disappointed because we usually stay at a moderate but this trip needs to be budget, plus we are going with a dance team so we wanted to stay where the other families are staying.Come and see us dance at MK on July 9th.Don't know the time yet! Will post that later.

Hi..

What type of dance team? and where at MK are you dancing?

Fantasia area is a great location... some area are a long long walk to the pool/food court.

>>^..^<<

I think we are dancing on the tomorow land stage. We are part of Heather's Dance Centre in Springfield,Ill.We do jazz, tap ballet etc..This is the first time for my DD but the group goes about every 2 yrs.Last year they went to NYC and a cruise. It's a wonderful oppurtunity for the girls.Plus the girls get to meet and work with some of the Disney performers in a camp like group.I still don't know the time.

goofyrn13,
the preferred buildings at the all-stars is the way to go. they are the 2 closest buildings to the main pool and food court. a couple of years back, everyone was requesting these buildings and people were getting upset when they couldn't get them, so, disney decided to make them perferred and charge the extra $10(not much else they could have done I guess). the dance thing sounds like fun; I'll have to talk to dd's dance instructor to see if they ever have plans for that kind of trip. sounds like so much fun. BTW, dd11 was born at St. Mary's in Springfield, IL.--It really is a small world afterall.

When ever we have stayed at one of the AllStar hotels we request a room away from the pools. If you are a light sleeper and ever plan to turn in before midnight you may be bothered by the sounds from the pool if your room actually faces the pool.

K65 you must mean St.John's.,Springfield doesn't have a St.Mary's.The dancing is exciting,it's her first time doing this. When I heard park hoppers for 110$ per child,I said we are going again. We went last June and had a mediocre time just because it rained non stop.
Kdonnell I like all the hussle and bussle,so the noise won't bother me and my kids can sleep thru anything!
