I just baked my own cake.....

At one of the WW meetings a couple of weeks ago the leader was telling us that if you bake an angel food cake mix with a 20 oz can of pineapple and use the juice instead of the water you get about 16 servings for about 2 points each, which leaves points left over for lite cool whip of course!!!!

So instead of letting anybody buy me a cake this year, I baked my own!!!!! It's in the oven now and smells yummy!!!!!

I'm so excited!!! Just had to share! I'll let you know how it tastes.

Thanks Kath---seeing as the regular homemade cake with icing is 12 points per slice I figured I'd save myself the 10 Points!

Thanks Jiminy that's GREAT to know. I didn't have an Angel Food pan, so I made 2 loaves and froze one of them, but I wasn't sure how well it would freeze or what it would taste like when it thawed. Thanks for the info!
