When I applied at this other school for my new degree program, I had to provide both current name (married) and my maiden name.
All my documents I got prior to enrollment had my married name on them. But when I went onto the enrollment services online to register for my first class, *they* had me under my *maiden* name. The specific college I'm going into I know has me under my married name.
I've been trying to reach a **** *HUMAN* since before Christmas trying to get this fixed.
Finally reached someone today, and she is adamant that the only way this could have happened is that I applied under my maiden name. Um, no. So she says I have to go through admissions to "find out what I put on my application", but the only way I'm likely to fix this is get a name-change form and come in with our marriage certificate to change what should have been right in the first place.
Why can't anyone do their jobs right any more?
