I hope I can ask this..question about ordering from a website

Has anyone ever ordered from boardgames.com? I usually only order online items from Amazon or retail stores online (Gap, Lands End, etc.) so I am just a little nervous. If so, was your order shipped quick and shipping costs a lot? I did a search for a board game I was looking for and it did not list Amazon or any other stores I could go to and buy it.
