Well I won't be there and based on the previous posts it seemed it was a walk up front grand stand they are taking 5 questions that are hand picked and then the meeting is over and they all leave.
No. They open the floor to questions but ask that they be limited to budget-related topics. There are usually 2 or 3 questions from the entire audience (seems like 300-400 attend). None of the questioners are vetted in advance.

If they are taking Q+A after the meeting 1:1 it will be interesting to hear what people find out from that piece.
They have been meeting with members 1 on 1 for many years now. Execs have also been making themselves routinely available at each Moonlight Magic session since those Bega.

Preselected questions? What a joke. Do people ever scream out their questions? Wonder if this year based on the last 12 months will have that happening?
Disney security who will be in attendance would love to see some action. :rolleyes2

Would love to see the media fallout from something like that.

"man acausted by Disney security over asking why a contract was changed"

Hahaha

Never been to or followed one of these meetings before so didn't know how it all went down.

It would be reported more like "Man Attacks Disney Security at Convention"

At public meetings of this nature--like corporate shareholder meetings--it's not uncommon for someone to make a spectacle over their niche interest. 99% of the time, the individual comes off looking like an irrational crackpot and all it does is undermine their cause.

And when they are escorted out by security, it does not make the national news.

The technology certainly exists to have at least a conference call. Several companies offer services like that where they provide a phone # & access code ahead of time that can be distributed to those who are invited. Sounds like the meeting isn't intended to deal with any challenging questions or the 'we will get back with you' is just a way to not deal with a touchy subject. Sounds like a waste of time if you aren't already planning to be in the area.
