For my free birthday admission and my birthday is in 5 days. I just re-submitted my registration today. I registered when the promotion was first announced. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a number I can call? I checked my SPAM folder as well.

Same here. My birthday is this Saturday (3 days away) and no email. I registered when they first announced the promotion. However, I've heard that the email isn't necessary and doesn't even save you much time (if any). You can get your freebie without registering, so I'm not going to worry about it.

No worries. When I was trying to register DBF it was telling me his bday was invalid (and yes, I was entering it as xx-xx-xx76 so I know I was doing it right). But no problem, we went into City Hall and got his fun card very quickly. You don't have to have the email, it just tends to make it a bit easier.

pixie, is that what you do when it's your birthday and you have an ap? Do you go in first and then go to City Hall? You don't have to go to the ticket booth or guest services?

That was what we did, we had our AP's already and we just went to City Hall for DBF's card. We did ask at City Hall the night before so we knew what we were doing. If we'd been told to wait at the ticket booths we just would have waited until the afternoon when lines were smaller.

thanks. I just called DLR and they said they were already having a lot of problems with the e-mails, and that I could come with my driver's license. I am an AP also and wanted the gift card. Once again thank's and Happy Birthday!
