I have two Disney profiles - help

I have seen other threads on this but tried searching and couldn't seem to find the answer. I have two (at least) profiles. My old standard one I use on DLR and WDW sites (links to my DL AP), and I have a separate log-in for DVC. When I joined DVC it said my user name was taken. I know this is an issue from a few years ago when I was buying something with my AP discount and the two profiles caused me problems.

In anticipation of trip(s) next year to WDW, and using MDE - I want to reconcile my profiles now. Could someone direct me to the right group to contact?

Contact MS and tell them that you need IT help correcting your profiles.

IT will do a master reset wiping out your profiles on all Disney websites and set you up for one profile.

Most people don't realize the Disney has 30 plus companies and many of their websites are tied together.

i had the same problem. they did not wipe all of my profiles and instead sent me a link to a website that listed my 4 profiles where i was able to disable the ones that were not active. all of my information on my profile where my username was my email remained intact.

So I called yesterday - spent a lot of time on hold and ended with leaving my email address and IT will get back to me in a week or so. I was told they have 2 people who handle this and are getting tons of people needing help with this. The MS person was very nice though. Anyone else have this experience?
