I have to apologize

Hi everyone,

I owe two of our posters an apology - wdwowner and G66. I let my temper and general lack of sleep get the better of me on a thread yesterday and posted some pretty unfair and inflammatory comments. I hate when I let that happen - it is something I'm trying to work on, but nonetheless, it's against our guidelines. I wouldn't allow it from another poster on the boards, so I wanted to post a sincere apology to both of them, along with anyone else that may have been offended by my comments.

Seriously...I can't imagine all the stress you are under right now with the cruise, the stuff going on with Max (BTW, any news?), we totally understand. Also, if you need an extra set of hands to do some work on the cruise, please don't hesitate to ask.

I blame it on the economy regarding people being sensitive about spending money right now.

This is my first time posting and I felt I needed to tell you don't worry about making an emotional mistake, we all do it. We are only human.

Everyone gets annoyed and heated now and then and its part of life. People view things in a different light sometimes.

I have often said things in the heat of the moment in anger and then realised i really shouldn't (even if i still thought the other party was in the wrong)

It is easy to fly off the handle, it is much more difficult to apologise in hindsight for it, so hats off to you Pete for being big enough to post this apology thread.

Hopefully the 2 other posters concerned will also now agree to dis-agree with you and everyone can move on!

I personally wasn't offended atall and saw right and wrong in each side. There is always a thin line in healthy opinions and arguements.

Hope everything goes well with the cruise!

Thank you. I'm not so sure I didn't deserve it. Although I meant no ill will, I can see how I stirred the pot and things got misconstrued. I'm not immune to a dumb move every now and then. Frankly, I was sick to my stomach over it. I really appreciate your apology and I hope you and the podcast team will accept mine in return. Thanks again and enjoy the cruise

It's take a lot to make an apology. You are definitely a class act, Pete. I was not offended, but wanted to let you know that we are all here for you and support you. Let me know if I can help ease some of the stress. Summer vacation is coming up for me and I'll be bored by the end of the first week of it! I'd love to help whereever I can.

I am not a troll. I enjoy listening to the podcast, and interacting with questions and calls. Would I have called and given you a report from WDW if I didn't like the show?
