I have questions about tidy/trash and cleaning..

What do you get in trash/tidy? do you get clean towels? if I buy trash/tidy every day (for a charge) do I get clean towels every day?

what about getting the bed sheets changed?

In short, Yes, clean towels.

Yes, every day if you purchase daily service.

No, bed sheets are not part of TT. T&T basically picks up trash, gives you new towels, and fresh soap/shampoo.

Information on Housekeeping Services can be found on page 87 of the current Members Guidebook. For those who aren't members or do not have access to their book, I copied some of the information for you below:

Trash & Towel service is $10 / day requested. For T & T service, housekeeping will:

*Empty the trash and out new liners in the trash bins
*Provide fresh bathroom linens
*Replace facial tissues, paper towels and toilet paper
*Replenish coffee, sugar, cream, and sweeteners
*Replenish dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent (not provided in studios) and sponges as needed

A full cleaning for a studio is $25 / day requested. It's $30/$40/$60 per day requested for a one bedroom/two bedroom /GrandVilla or Beach Cottage. For a full cleaning service, housekeeping:

* Provides all T & T services
* Changes the bed linens
* Vacuums and dusts
* Cleans the bathroom(s)
* Cleans the kitchen/kitchenette and washes the dishes.

You may order either service for as many or as few days as you like.

To clarify a little more (for non-members), if you are staying on cash (reservation made via CRO), you receive daily housekeeping for no additional charge. It's included in your daily rate.

If you are staying on points (including renting points from a member) or staying on a cash reservation made via MS, some housekeeping services may be included for no extra charge depending on the length of your stay.

If your stay is for 8 nights or less, you receive Trash & Towel Service on Day 4 of your stay. Check in day is considered Day 1.

If your stay is for 8 nights or longer, you will receive a Full Cleaning Service on Day 4 and Trash & Towel Service on Day 8. (You can adjust the days by calling Housekeeping if you like). After that, the cycle begins again on Day 12.

If you are paying for your stay with points, the charges for Housekeeping applies only if you want more frequent service than listed above.

Does anybody know am I going to be charged $50 for cleaning? I rented points for 2 studios for only one night, I know this doesnt make any difference but we will only be in the room for less than 10 hrs. as we wont check in until about 1 am. If this is the case I'm not getting as good a deal as I thought.

The cleaning charge is only if you request EXTRA cleanings. You will not have any extra charge for cleaning. The cleaning upon checkout is what the member's dues paid for.
