I have question about bringing 1 each person to CRT but not on ADR?

I got to thinking that my daughter might like for us to bring my niece to Disney World with us but I already made all of our ADRs. Im not considered about most of them because I have done it before but I was not sure about CRT and H&V Fantamic package.


The number of people would go from 3 to 4 so it not like we need a bigger table. Right?

Your table size would probably remain the same but it would be considerate to add the extra person anyway. You would have to do that with any reservation where you have put down a credit card anyway. Might as well take care of all of them with one phone call.

I think you'd be fine to show up with an extra. I had a friend who went with family and the family insisted on bringing three extra people and they showed up 20 mins late. My friend was mortified but they seated them with no problem

CRT is not like most restaurants where they will just have you wait for a larger table (not sure about the fantasmic pkg). also, from what others have said, there are tables for "odd" numbers (3, 5, etc).
your only option would be to try rebooking for 4 (if she isn't going to come, make sure to change the ressie to 3 ppl 48 hours in advance or your CC will be charged).

We are on the DDP so my CC is not going to be charged. I dont think that I can just call and add one person to my ressies. I tryed it one year(not at CRT) and I had to make new ressies with new times. and I dont think that will be possible.

I have no experience with the CRT, but with the Fantasmic package it should not be a problem to add one child to the table - the only thing 'extra' you get with the meal is a piece of colored paper that entitles the holders to enter the path leading to the reserved seating area beginning at the appointed time. This package is certainly not nearly as popular as the CRT, and I have never been unable to book it whenever it is wanted.

Last year we were on the Dining Plan and they did make us pay in advance for CRT, and then credited the CC after we showed up and used our Dining Plan. But like I said that was last year.

I had to deal with this last year. A table for 3 is a table for 4. The CM I spoke with, said the only way to add someone is to cancel the ressie and rebook, and NOT to do that, so just show up with the extra person! It worked out fine.
