I have no TV, internet or phone!!

A tree fell right near our house knocking out power on Friday. I'm at my SIL's house and wanted to just let everyone know that I'm thinking (24/7) of the DIS!!

They said it could be up to a week before we get everything back!!

My sister's in the same boat. I think she said that at one time, 95% of her county had been without electricity for over 24 hours. Her neighborhood is not expected to get their power back until Thursday or later!

It definitely makes us appreciate what we usually take for granted. We were lucky; we have our power but some houses and cars were damaged by falling trees. Fortunately, there were no deaths here due to the storm(s).

Yikes, you're living my life from last week! My phone and cable went out the same week!! I felt so lost but luckily I used the ones at work until they were both fixed!
