I have no legs! And cannot get into VMK

Anyone else having this problem? I have not been able to use VMK since yesterday. Every time I log on my character has no legs along with everyone else in the room. Then when I try to do anything I immidiately crash. I thought maybe it was just my character but its the same for the rest of my mules. Quite frustrating. I also cannot see any of the items when clicking on a shop and when going into guest rooms I cannot see any furniture. ah! I wrote to vmk on the contact us page but we all know how that situation goes

PLZ PLZ help if anyone has suggestions or ideas of what could be the problem and how i could fix it? Could it be with my computer?

have you tried using a different browser to see if that works better? Sometimes one or the other will do different things for me.
