I'm so totally addicted to Diet Coke, I've never had a desire to become addicted to anything else!Have never tried and hope not to: chitterlings better know as "chitlins" in my neck of the woods. Just the idea of them makes me shudder.![]()
oysters, sushi, and all types of seafood/shellfish. I'll get around to it some day.
I'll agree with the no chitterlings!
But you really should try my Crawfish Fettucini and hot, crispy fried catfish with some fresh hush puppies. They might just change your mind if you didn't like them before.

Of course, I already like the dishes, but I'd be willing to taste test your versions!
, crawfish, Rocky Mountain oysters.
I haven't had a lot of the stufff mentioned, but I think most people don't eat head cheese anyway. LOL
Normal things I have never eaten: mushrooms.
I just can;t bring myself to try one, I've had one on my fork, ready to try it..but I just can't bring myself to put it in my mouth, they are just so..gray.![]()
Coffee-I LOVE the smell and once every couple of years I'll try some in the hopes that I may have acquired a taste for it, but it's still gross.
I did have a white chocolate mocha from Starbucks last month-I was so proud of myself that I got a coffee-type drink. LOL
.( I used to think the sick smilie was a Scotsman smoking a pipe while wearing a tam.)

I haven't had any of these things, except sweetbread...I don't know what you mean by that one. I have had sweet breads.I haven't had sushi, sweetbreads, scrapple, crawfish, Rocky Mountain oysters.
Love catfish though and calamari if it isn't over cooked. I don't like duck, goose, quail, elk, or venison. I do like bison though.

Zehnder's or Bavarian Inn Chicken--don't forget the mashed potatoes, homemade noodles, squash, chicken noodle soup, coleslaw, homemade rolls, etc.--it is a huge meal, but the chicken is terrific.
That's good stuff right there. The last time we went to Michigan, we had dinner at The Bavarian Inn and they had some kind of bread on the table that was really odd, but good. It was like.. a dessert bread. IIRC, it was white bread, but had pieces of candied fruit inside it. OMG..nomnomnom.
