I always change my mind ;)

I need a Signature choice....something for a foodie. I have been to Hollywood Brown Derby already and really enjoyed it, and am thinking about doing it again with Fantasmic package. Or would I enjoy California Grill or Citricos more? The menu offerings on All Ears seemed "eh" to me, but maybe it is better in person :)

I don't care too much about atmosphere. And frankly, I haven't had a bad meal at WDW yet. As long as the food is very yummy and the desserts even more so, I will be happy ;)

Suggestions?

I went to Narcoosees, Citrico, Brown Derby, Cali Grill (and so many more!) during my Dec trip. Cali Grill had a stunning view, Brown derby (I was there for lunch) had the friendliest service , Citricos was great food (at least I liked it). At Narcoosee I had this lovely grilled salmon with, well it was supposed to be a pinot noir reduction or something like that...it tasted as if they upended a bottle of maple syrup over my salmon....it rendered the fish and everything else on the plate...fingerling pototoes, spinach...inedible. DD had a fab lobster though...
Have you tried Jiko? It is one of the best we've had at WDW. It is one of two restaurants to which we are returning in Sept.

Cali Grill is our #1 choice. If you haven't been there, go! The GF restaurant's focus a lot on fish. If you like that you will love them.

Our 3 favorite signature restaurants are Flying Fish, Jiko and Yachtsman Steakhouse. We have had many excellent meals as each.

For a foodie, Artist Point, Citricos, and Flying Fish would win out over Jiko's and California Grill, which in turn would win out over Narcoosee, Brown Derby and Yachtsman Steakhouse. They're all excellent restaurants, but there is a definite difference between the three groups in terms of how much they appeal to gourmands.

We loved our meal at Artist Point. Everything I tasted was fabulous and the service was great. The desserts were hard to pick from everything was so great sounding.

Artist Point. I haven't tried California Grill so I don't know, but my parents have and they prefer Artist Point.

I also really enjoyed Citricos but I think Artist Point is a bit better, though I like the atmosphere at Citricos a little more.

I probably should have said that I LOVE fish and chicken, not a big beef/pork person and that I wanted to stay on the monorail line. I'm only there for 3 nights, so I don't want to spend any time trying to take Dis transportation to a further out restaurant.

So brings me back to CA Grill.....hmmmm (my travel agent LOVES me, lemme tell you..... :rotfl2: )

Or Citricos--you know it, too, is on the monorail line. :)
