I have booked our April/May trip with CAA but if a code come out..

Do I call them to let them know?

Will it definately work with my reservation?

If I can't get a hold of my agent am I better off booking again directly through Disney then cancelling my CAA reservation?

We have booked 6 nights at Pop with 10 day hopper plus and dining-

I am so nervous that I won't know what to do when the code comes out-

I booked my February trip directly through Disney using my AAA. When the AP rates came out this week I just called Disney and they changed my room rate. It was no problem and I still have the same confirmation number.

My friend booked through a travel agent. When she called Disney she was told her travel agent would have to make any changes.

I just kept checking online every morning for a discount code. I saw it on the Disney website Thursday morning and called to have it applied to my reservation. In my experience AAA books a room then does not check for any codes or discounts once the room is booked. It is up to the customer to find further discounts. I'm not sure if CAA would be the same or not.

I have read a lot about people calling Disney to see if there is a code that is or can be attached to their code- I know we can't call Disney directly to ask- but can our CAA TA do it for us? TIA, Jen
