I have banked points, can those be transferred to another member?

I can't remember the rules. I am guessing NO because they are banked? Is that correct? If not, can I make a ressie for someone with the banked points?

banked pts may not be transferred.

banked pts can be used to make a reservation, either for you or someone else...

Thank you....could not remember the rules I have seen on here. Have never rented points before.
