I have created an Excel spreadsheet to compare costs of a Disney vacation staying on site versus off site. It is pretty complicated and you will need to know lots of variables if you want to customize it. Basically, it compares onsite mod & deluxe for two different time frames and includes rack rate, 35% room discount, and free dining. The offsite amounts are for a Windsor Hills condo that includes parking, onsite dining, offsite dining, etc.
