I have an addiction...how bad is this?

Oh my gosh! I am completely addicted to lip gloss too! I used to have a great big pink caboodles type container full of them. Sure, I would never wear all of them because there were so many, but I still wanted them!! They just sorta beckon to you in the aisles as you walk by, you just can't help yourself.

no - it's very hard to determine which stays and which goes.

because as soon as you open your makeup bag in WDW you'll say "Dang it! I should have brought my "Firecracker" Urban Decay lip gloss pen in stead of "Flare"...this is just going to throw me all off..."

I usually take about 6 with me...not counting lip balms. (aka - pot of carmex and 2 or 3 tube of lip balm)

LOL!! I think it's great!! I'm not much of a makeup wearer.. usually wear just tinted moisturizer and mascara and lip gloss! Have you a favorite brand?

I usually just lurk here, but I had to jump in and say that this thread is cracking me up! Have you ever read "Confessions of a Shopaholic"? Your picture of your collection made me think of Ms. Bloomwood's shoe collection, which she also lined up and took a picture of, her philosophy being: "I have tons of photos of people I don't really like. Why not take a photo of something I truly love?"

I love Urban Decay, and you can't buy it everywhere.

I usually just bring one of each make up essential on vacation. One lipstick, one blush, etc..

Then I always feel like I'm missing something too.

WOW - I don't own any lip gloss (I actually only own two shades of lipstick. ) so yep this seems like a lot to me. I'm curious though - what's the intrigue with lip gloss? The flavor, color, texture?

omg...heheh...I do own those books and LOVE them...I actually have all 3 (does manhattan and ties the knot) I usually read them when I feel my spending has gotten out of control.

don't worry - i don't have pictures up of my lip gloss collection at home...just family members! heheh

Hmm, I guess I like lip gloss because of the shine. That and it's not as bold as lipstick. Lip gloss is sexy! I rarely wear lipstick and when I do I always put lipgloss over it for shine.

Another lip gloss addict here - I bought the new Victoria's Secret one the other day and thought it was REALLY sticky. Have any of you other lip gloss addicts tried this one and thought so as well? I really love ALL makeup - my new Sephora catalog came this week and I was in heaven going through and picking out all the things I "need".

I'm not a lipstick person...too matte for me...love my gloss (except on a windy day - I have long hair! heheh)

I haven't tried the VS ones yet - might check them out tomorrow! (I think the semi-annual sale starts soon - within 2 or 3 weeks)

oh - and now I'm going to have to get air kiss! hehehe

Oh - and to answer a previous question...no, I personally don't have a 'favorite brand' I like all my glosses for different reasons. (heheh) HOWEVER, I LOVE the new Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Glosses (hello - I own SIX!) They are the BEST drug store brand gloss I've ever bought. For $6...not bad at all.

I too am a lip gloss addict~ I just got 8 mini lipglosses from Smash Box on QVC. Love them and I cant stop playing with them.

I love the MAC lip glass. It is kind of on the heavy side but it lasts and it is gorgeous. I usually buy the special "holiday collection" which has about 8. I'm very addicted! Maybe I'll have to try the Urban Decay...seeing you such a coniseour(sp?)

well - I own no MAC...too intimidated to go in there (don't ask)...pigments scare me! heheh

The new urban decay "sparkler pens" are nice...perfect amount of glitter for the summer (but not "hi, I'm 10 years old" glitter)

LOVE the UD eyeshadows though...and NARS blushes...but I'm tan right now so I'm at minimal makeup stage - love when it takes me 5 minutes to look somewhat decent in the morning!
