i applied for a photopass position at wdw and i've submitted for this job before but didn't get anything out of it. so excited about getting some sort of response. ideally, i would like to do something photography related but i'll take ANYTHING as long as its at disney.

thanks!!! i'll definitely keep everyone posted. i was so excited when i got the email i pretty much jumped out of my seat and ran and told my parents (we all work at a family business). actually, i didn't even tell them, i just shoved my iphone into my mom's hands.

just finished the preliminary web-based interview and now its onto schedule an ACTUAL interview. omgosh!!!!

funny story though, one of the questions was asking what i would do if i saw a 5 year old hammering something and they hit their thumb and were crying. and i immediately pictured like a toy hammer. now in the past as a photographer when there are kids crying, i usually offer them a chance to learn to take a picture. it usually gets their interest and stops the crying. so i picked "teach the kid how to use the hammer." then i realized that omg..they were probably talking about a real hammer and i should not let a 5 year old use a hammer!

just scheduled my interview with the casting offices. its on the 23rd!!! i have a theatre production i'm asst. director for so i can't leave until the 20th. then i'm bookin' it to florida. i have to finish my portfolio! *runs around like a crazy person* i've never been so pumped in my entire life.

Im in the application process right now to work at Epcot in the world showcase through the CRP program! It started with Web based, then phone interview, then actual interview (this has been a 6 month interview process) and now im waiting for 2 weeks to pas to find out. hey guys!!! GUESS WHAT?! i got a job at disney. i'm on the list for photopass buuuut in the meantime i got a job working at animal kingdom in the theatre shows and he thinks the safari. i'm so freakin' excited!! right now its just a weekend job so i will still need to find a week job. i'm in florida right now but leave for michigan on tuesday...then i have a couple weeks to pack up and get back down here because i have to be back down here on april 20th for my new hire stuff.
