for the atkins diet do you buy both the book and the gram counter? thanks in advance!

The Atkins book includes a gram counter that you can punch out of the book. The Atkins website www.atkins.com also has carb gram counter you can print out.

You can also print off the rules of induction and see menu ideas on the Atkins site. The book is good because it has an indepth explanation of the program, but you do not need the book to get started.
