Friend of mine got a government job. The time between them offering him the job and him actually starting was a year. Well, it was 359 days. He kept saying that he wished it had dragged out another week so he could say it was a year and not be lying, lol.

Took them three months to offer him the job, too.

Government is slow. Don't give up hope if you don't hear from them right away.

I agree. I t has been going on a month now and I haven't heard anything. I know government moves very SLOW so I shouldn't be suprised.
