I have a huge problem with Target...

I thought I was the only one like that except with me it's not socks it's gum.

I could spend $83 just in the Target dollar store. ;) Fuggit the rest of it! I love their clothes too.

*sigh*......Target has the wonderful Woolrich bedding line. I am addicted. :guilty: You don't EVEN want to know how much I have spent on my bedding (I have 4 bedrooms....it is obscene :sad2: ). Needless to say I have most every thing from the woolrich collection!

I was in Target about 4 hours or so ago and I didn't buy a thing!!! I'm so proud of myself! Of course they didn't have what I was looking for and I put the mechanical pencils back because I didn't want to stand in line to buy just those! That doesn't happen too often. On the bad note though, I dropped around $1000 at the mall!

We have a new one going in near us. I have never gone to one before. Can you tell me about it? Walmart is our store like that. I can never go in there for one thing, I walk out with a whole cart of stuff. So is it similar to Walmart?

Target is WAY BETTER than WalMart! Once your Target opens, you won't set foot in WalMart again (at least, that's what happened to me). Targets are always clean, well stocked, & well staffed. I love Target!

I also can not get out of the store for under $100. I have to go return some curtains (Woolrich, Tiggersmom2!) and I know whatever money I get back, I'll spend at least double that.

I love Target with a deep and abiding passion. I used to live less than four blocks away. Now - I live less than ten blocks away. As a matter of fact, I think I'll go today!!

The clerk looked at her jokingly and said "I am sorry, but you didn't meet the $50 cover charge".

LOL! It's so true! I can't get out of Target for less then $60.

and there is one near my office now...less then 5 miles. Really made my lunch hour more expensive.

I'll go just to BROWSE sometimes! heheh

My FAVORITE time to go is at 8am...when they open...I love it

Hi, my name is Mal, and I have a Target addiction...

I went yesterday for diapers. Just diapers. Heading straight to the diaper aisle and looking at nothing else.

Except, apparently, these really cute little t-shirts for DD...and lip gloss...and some more t-shirts...

Those with kids...did you see Target has an OshKosh line now??? Is this new? I'm in trouble...

We JUST got one about a month and a half ago 5 minutes up the road from me... Very dangerous, I've been three times and every time came out with something other than what I went in for... :)

In addition to what Annette_VA said, the aisles are much wider, so it's easier to maneuver your cart around. I feel so claustrophobic in Walmart. Plus, Targets seem to have better lighting.

Super Target stores are the absolute best!!

This happens to me numerous times a week. I have to get some counseling. I think my car will be taking me there on sat. (but that trip is for WDW supplies so thats ok :goodvibes )

I have a SuperTarget that I can walk to!!! The key is to walk because you don't want to carry all the stuff back that you want to buy!!!

I stopped by the Target to pick up one bottle of salad dressing (only 1) after work and made the mistake of driving my Pathfinder. I discovered how much my Pathfinder can hold!!! It happens to me everytime. How do I go there to buy a few food items and come back home with shelves, CD's, kitchen stuff, lotions, (basically anything on Clearance!!!)

I might have the secret. I always had the same problem. Went in for pull-ups and came out $76 later. However, yesterday, I went to Target for a few things. And I walked out with JUST those few things. I don't know why yesterday was different than any of those other days, but as soon as I find out, I'll let you know. ;)

The other thing I find is that if I don't take a cart in the store, I don't buy as much because I can only carry so much. :rotfl:

I'm also a victim of this....Target is the only store I can go into and stay there for hours. I think they must spray something in the air....

I agree with you. What ever they spray makes me thirsty also so on top of never getting out of there for under $100 I also always end up buying a water from the checkout. :confused3

Must go to Target. Must go to Target. <Eyes glazed over, arms stretched out in front of me>
