I have no idea how to make one. I would really appreciate it.

The only change I would make is for it to say:

Wishing myself to 200 pounds.

I don't have 200 pounds to lose. Getting to 200 pounds is my first goal.

Creating your own clip art w/ saying takes some work. If you know all the Disney graphic links it goes pretty quick, but I had to find the right site and go from there. I think I used my paint program and toggled back and forth until the result clip art w/text was created. I'm glad you were able to get another Minnie w/the wording you wanted. Sorry for the confusion on my part. Happy WISHing!
