I have a 2003 Passporter

With an old 2003 Passporter, do I buy a whole new Passporter, or can I just update the book? We haven't been since 2003 and I know there is a ton of new stuff, but I have a nice Passporter, with the ring binder.

If you go to the Passporter Website they do off refills (if you have the deluxe binder), they also have the paper re-fills. If you just have the spiral book, the price is pretty much the same for the spiral book as the refill. You should be able to get the discount since you are a previous buyer, not sure if there will be an issue because it's 2003, but you can always try.

Go to passporter.com and go to the custom's office and try registering there, just to get the coupon and it should give you options to upgrade.

Amazon also carries the book, which if you order with other things, at least you can get free shipping.
