I said the same thing to a co-worker yesterday. We've had 2 - 3 degree days, negative wind chills and yesterday I said..."you know when it gets back up to 30 we'll be saying how nice it feels."

I HATE the cold and snow, I want to move south so bad....but DH wants none of it.

I have decided I don't hate winter as much as I hate the burden of winter.

I hate the shoveling, the ice, the cold, the coats and hats, the short days, the snow days and 2 hour delays, the fact that my joints ache......

Count me in there too. I've been saying that for years each winter. I hate winter. I can't wait until it is over.

Makes me appreciate my 100 degree and 95% humidity of the summer...

I couldn't imagine having to deal with all the snow and that low of temperature on a regular basis- here the 20's are COLD and I think we've gone into the teens a few times in the past 39 years...

We'd all die here if it got that cold- just freeze up and die- it's the reptile in us lol

I suppose you won't appreciate the fact that we are going to be in the upper 60's to low 70's today and that I sent my kids to school in shorts

I hate winter too! I need to go out buy some items for mixed drinks, put the fireplace on and lay next to it on pillows with drink in hand and pretend I'm on vacation. Have to keep eyes closed to believe it though. Then I'll go upstairs and take a nice hot bath and pretend it's a hot tub without the bubbles with drink in hand of course.

I'm waiting for April to come myself. That's the month where the temps seem to make a difference. March does usually bring a couple of nice days here and there. Darn, we first have to get through February; which is at a snails pace right now.

Does anyone go to a tanning place to get out of the winter depressing mode? I was thinking of going this month once a week just to get the warmth and light. It can be so dark and dreary on a cold Michigan winter day.

This below freezing weather were experiencing is horrible! I would probably feel warm it it hit 30 right about now. I have had enough and pray that Florida stays warm until we get there in 2 weeks.

I'm in that great "Snow Belt" area that they've been showing on the Weather Channel. Near Parish, NY. We're not as bad as them but the kids haven't had school all week!! We've had about 4 feet so far. I've had enough! Some of my family is going down to Disney next week and I'm begging to go with them.

Wow! We haven't had even a dusting! My kids are NOT happy. On the other hand you have been bombarded.

Wow, we have only had a dusting of snow too.....okay maybe 3 or 4 inches.
I couldn't handle 4 feet of snow !!!
