I was browsing through Facebook and was dismayed to come across a video of a bunny rabbit being killed by a snake, slowly and nastily. WHY do people think this is appropriate viewing? Kids could be watching this stuff!

I was browsing through Facebook and was dismayed to come across a video of a bunny rabbit being killed by a snake, slowly and nastily. WHY do people think this is appropriate viewing? Kids could be watching this stuff!

For the same reason that they think posting videos of humans beating up other humans for fun is appropriate. There is a market for the videos or people wouldn’t be posting them. There is a lot of content on the internet that is easily accessible to, and inappropriate for, minors. I don’t understand the need to post things like that for shock value, and I won’t watch that kind of content. There are much more enjoyable websites to visit instead.
