I hate Hardee's Commercials!

I hate the way the Hardee's commercials flop their greasy hamburgers onto the screen! The way the meat bounces and flops around grosses me out! I hate it when the people on those commercials smack and lick their fingers after taking a large, crunchy, noisy bite. It makes me want to boycott their franchise....does this make me weird?

OMG-I didn't know they were still around either! All of the Hardees here in Milwaukee packed up and left years ago. They used to have the best twist ice cream cones as well as curly fries. Do they still offer that? Yummmmm

What's funny is all those "eating noises" are added in post production as nobody in real life can make noises like that when they actually eat! Which means somebody actually gets PAID to make gross and disturbing eating sounds!

They still have the curly fries Don't know about twist cones, but they have killer hand-scooped shakes now! I try to stay far from Hardees. They are so unapologetically unhealthy

I think their commercials are marketed towards men and that's why they don't appeal to me.


A couple years back they had a commercial showing a guy who couldn't even open a bag of cereal without it exploding all over the kitchen.

Their tag line used to be, "Without us, some guys would starve."

My husband can't stand these commercials either. But then, he can't stand to hear eating sounds - smacking, slurping, etc. Drives him crazy.

They used to have one where this skinny pregnant woman was sitting in the doctor's office eating an oversized piece of cow, smacking and licking her fingers...so many things wrong with that one!
First of all, NO ONE looks that good pregnant....and if they do, I didn't so I don't want to see it...
Second, NO ONE eats in the doctor's office.
Third, NO ONE eats a burger that size without getting a drop of ketchup or mustard on their face.
Fourth....THE SMACKING AND CRUNCHING!

No, I can't stand them for the same reasons. (Well, the bit where they slam whatever it is they're promoting down on the counter and it makes a giant mess doesn't annoy me as much as the eating/drinking noises.) GROSS. That makes me nauseous, not hungry.
