I hate Doctors scales

went there today and was 11lbs heaveir then my scale, then right after they tell me I just gained 11 lbs in 30 seconds they take my blood pressure and say its a little high, no kidding I upset with your stupid scales

Dr's scales lie. I don't believe what they say I weigh. I think the nurse puts her foot on the scales while I'm on them.

I wonder why they don't take bp before they weigh you. I realized all my dr's I've ever had weigh first, squeeze my arm 2nd.

Were you naked when they weighed you or were you clothed? I hear being clothed can add 11 lbs.

They allow 2 lbs. on the doctor's scale for clothes. Luckily my home scale is VERY close to the doctor's scale.

Sounds like it's time to invest in some new home scales, PD, those other ones sound like they were made in 1963....

I agree. I work @ a Dr's office and I usually show my pt's to a room, check vitals, and the then weight.

I had a 3/yo little girl tell me that that is a "Monster" and she would not get on it. I laughed so hard.
