because I know everyone is thinking I am asking this question...But my buddy wants to work at Disney and he wants to know if they drug test the first interview...Hes a super nice guy and just stopped what he was doin!! Thanks guys!!

I did not have to take any sort of drug test when I was hired five years ago. However, I did have to give a full set of fingerprints as well as sign a consent for them to check with the Florida Division of Law Enforcement to see if I had any sort of criminal record.

He'd best watch out if they do random tests like my company does. Some do pre-hire tests; not sure if Disney's among those...

Beware that policies can change. If they hit you with a hair test, they cut to the scalp. No way to wash drugs out of your hair.

DH worked at Disney last spring. He was not given a drug test but they did do fingerprinting and a background check. He was also informed that drug tests could be given at random times.

For most CM positions, there is no drug test.
