I hate asking for PD and prayers for myself, but

if I could get just a few to help through next week I'd so appreciate it. I have to leave Mon. morning for San Diego for work and it will involve being on my feet a lot and my psoriatic arthritis has decided to act up now of all times...mostly in my feet and achilles tendons of all places. So just a little PD and a few prayers would be so appreciated. Thank you all.

Extra prayers and PD from me to you- I have psoriatic arthritis too and know how painful it can be. Rest, eat well, and try and stay relaxed. Are you on steroids? I am not usually, but my rheumatologist will give me short course to take as insurance when I travel in case I get into trouble. Good Luck!
