I had to brag about this deal!

My niece's 2nd birthday is in 2 weeks. I went to the mall to shop for a dress for her. I knew JC Penney was having a big sale so I went there first. I saw the most adorable dress---a ruffled denim with a pretty collar that was had a "Happy Birthday" design on it. When I looked closer, there were 2 other collars--a pretty floral one and a patriotric one, and when I looked closer there was plain one and you could also wear the dress without the collar. I found her size, looked at the tag and was thrilled--it was a $19 dress marked down to $5! The line was kind of long, but I found a cute outfit and I knew the dress was worth standing in line for. When I was signing the receipt, I noticed I paid $2.99 for the dress--the clearance stuff was 40% off! I was thrilled to pay $5 for a $19 dress and now I was really thrilled! And she's going to look wonderful in it too!

...now...hopefully you paid that $2.99 with a JCPenny card you bought from Hotwire so you saved an addittional $.60!...and hopefully you paid for the JCPenny Hotwire card with a credit card that gives you reward points...lol

I saw that dress before. I am going to have to go back and check it out. I also have to share that at Pennys on friday I got a beautiful suit origianlly $200 marked down and after clearance I got it for $32.00. Very excited!!

Don't you just love it when you get deals like that!!

I went to Walmart yesterday and bought bathing suits and shorts for our cruise next spring and paid $5.00 each and thought it was a good deal.. NOT...Went back today and everything was marked down to a dollar!! Well I just went and bought a whole bunch more, and on the way out I stopped at customer service and asked about the things I bought yesterday. I just happened to have my receipt from yesterday and they refunded the difference on the items that were $1.00 today!!

The more bargains I find now, the more $$ I have for Disney!
