I had play try-outs today!!!

I was really nervous!! I had to read from this prompt sort of thing which had nothing to do with the play we're doing. Anyway, when I got up there my knees were shaking! I don't think I did that well enough to get a decent part (or any part at all) <---- that's the pessimistic side of me hehehe

I didn't get picked!


I was so mad!! Me and my friend Meghan both got cut. But this kid Anthony, same grade as us, got a part. It wasn't fair!!! There were 12 parts (I don't remember I'm guessing) and like 9 of those parts were for boys. I'm so mad!!!!!!!!!! You have no idea!! I was thinking, how should I act if I make it and Anthony and Meghan don't? That was stupid!

Sooo frustrating!

But now I have Student Council to look forward to. Today we voted for class rep. I know I'll get it b/c I have more friends in there then the 'popular' girls. That's only because they all want to get picked, so no one would vote for them! (was that confusing?)

I hate when you vote for stuff like that. Why don't people realize the popular aren't always the best choice. Like our classes new Treasurer. She's in integrated math, and her posters last year said: If you want a honey to take care of your money, vote for jenna, and if you want some one cute to take care of your loot, vote for jenna. Actually, I would want someone in Honors Geometery who can count and isn't concieted.

I'm sorry you didn't get the part. That's really not fair though that they picked a play with mostly guys in it. They should have picked one where both girls and guys had an equal chance!

And I know what you mean about student council. I really hate it when people win just because they're popular. I almost never vote for the popular people because most of them aren't even smart, they just do it to look good.

I got picked for my English class's rep (like I said in the other post, it was because all the popular girls voted for themselves) but since there was a tie between 3 out of the 4 others, the popular girl got picked. That's why it's better to run in a smaller honors class.

Hey Kiki! Sorry that u didn't make it! I had acting tryouts yesterday, and dancing 2morrow, but I won't kno till NEXT FRIDAY!!!! I CAN'T WAIT! I kno i'll be in it b/c iwas in the play last yea and had a supporting lead ( not to be stuck up or anything) I'll tell u guys when I find out who I am!
