After a very long time, I finally had a teaching interview for what I would consider an ideal position in a suburban district not far from my house...
The principal asked relevant questions, looked at every page of my portfolio, asked questions about the material and asked me extensively about my urban school experience.
I felt that the principal even researched me-- asking me relevant questions about my schooling.
I asked him questions regarding a specific program I saw on the schools website and he was impressed (even said under his breath--"great question!")
The language arts supervisor also asked me specific questions regarding my experience...
I felt it went well.. but it is so hard to gauge.
Please think positive thoughts for me!
