I've been watching my emails for the free dining pin, but no luch. Today I decided I'd go ahead and call and see.
My last pin I didn't know I had until I called, so I thought that might be the case now. I called and the very nice CM (I think his name was Elton) said he would check for me.
Whoohoo! I had it! Free QS for Values and Mods! I was already booked at POR. So he applied it to my reservation. It saved me $140! He also asked me where did I find out about the pin and I told him about disboards. They might be giving them out at random if you call in.
But don't give up, you could get it too.
