What contest? I have the card that I got in feb or march for free with $10 on it. How did you "win" another $10? Please tell us.

We are going in a few weeks for my b-day and would love to have a few more dollars added to the card for free.

Does the access card provide you with a contact phone number? I applied for the card ,on line, 4 wks ago and the site froze in the process. They have charged my credit card but I haven't received anything yet. I checked the sight but can't find a phone number to contact someone about this problem. Thanks.

I got an e-mail that told about it,but it was on the website too. Loggin to the member page and look in the 3rd box down the page. Thats where they told me!!

Holy Cow, tink2! I got an extra $10, too! I never would have known about it if you would not have posted. Shoot, I didn't even know where the members area was. I've been looking all day and could not find it. I finally maximized the window and there was the sign in area. I was wondering how to find out how many "points" I had. Thanks!

I got it too. I went to the Hard Rock.com web site and typed in my member name and password and it took me to it. It's at the bottom of the page and it says they have added $10.00 to my card for a total of $20.00. Yippee!
I would like to know if anyone has used it since they have added the extra 10.00 to it. I also wish there was a way to tell exactly how much IS on the card.

In feb. someone posted that the Hard Rock site was having a special so you could get a FREE card with $10.00 on it!! so, I went to the website applyed and was sent the free All Access card just in time for our trip to WDW. After a tiring day at Universal we went to the Hard Rock Cafe and had a FANTASTIC meal!! and my Dd got to see the Backstreet Boys,Nsync,and O Town memoriablia!! And they took the $10.00 off our meal!! And they keep track of all your purchases [food and suvies!] and when you have spent $200. they give you back $20.00!!!!!!! And there was a mention that you might get money off on a Hard Rock Hotel ressie,But it was also said that the Entertainment Book gave a bigger discount! inkbounce:

Is there anyway to call or check to see exactly what your balance is on the card? I would like to know exactly how much I have on it.

Just check your account on the website. I checked mine yesterday and was surprised to see that I have $30.00!! I got the free card with $10.00 on it a few months ago...don't know how I have $30.00, but I'm not arguing.

O.K. I give up.! Where do I go to check my balance?
I have the All Access card that was free a few months ago. I am looking for the place at the Hardrock.com site for me to enter in my member # and password to check my balance. Where is it? It there another site for members that I am not aware of? What am I doing wrong? Can you direct me to it. I read the post above about going to the 3rd box down but I don't know what you are referring to.

I just got through checking to see if I had 30.00 and I just have the 20.00.

Okay..this is what you do: go to www.hardrock.com. Click on My Rock. If you don't see anything at the bottom, click on edit profile. YOu don't have to edit anything....just click done. It will then take you to a screen and at the bottom of that screen, it will say it.

When thru My Rock. Signed In. At the bottom it said I had $10. Should be the same $10 I got for signing up under the free deal in January.


I tried edit profile and then done, but all it keeps saying is $10. Is there something else I need to do?
