I got my 'Walt DIsney' postcard

When I got home from hospital yesterday I had a nice surprise - my 'Walt DIsney' Postmark postcard had arrived!!! The sender had written all abour Marceline, Missourri on the back, and about Walt. It came in a US Postal Service clear envelope, to protect it from the elements!!

I was so excited......... DH was like.......oh great (typical man)

It even had Mickey stamps!!

My postcard came this morning. I chose the Mickey Mouse one, and its great, it even had a bambi and thumper stamp on it along with the Walt Disney postmark on it.

Thanks Karen for organising this, it certainly made my morning.

I got mine too and I am very pleased

But I must say though that I really didn't do anything other than collate addresses etc. Susan did all the hard work - addressing, stamping and sending all the cards (not to mention the writing that she did on the cards as well!). I believe she did forty cards in total so she is most definitely the star, not me!!!

I love the way the postmark is even in Walt Disney writing and also the detail about Marceline Susan has put on the card - I feel like I have a really unique piece of Disneyana

Big thanks to miffy2003 who insists she didn't do anything, but infact she paid the postage on each and everyone one of them..
and wouldn't accept any help with payment.

Woooohoooooo I got mine !!!! Some one had opened the protective envelope though, but my card was ok inside it.

Thanks to Miffy for paying the postage and organising it, it's a really nice thing for a Disney fan to have.

Mine is now on our kitchen boiler with pride of place
