I got Cindy's for 10/10

I got CTR for 10/10 this morning. Had to hold for 45 minutes but it was worth it. I am actually glad they changed the PS policy. If they would not have changed it, I probably would not have gotten CTR.

congrats..we are going 10/11. We couldn't even get through to be on hold via the land lines, but the cell phone was right in with a 15 minute wait....we had 8:30, which was a little early, but I was going to take anything...right when I thought we were done the CM said uh-oh paused for a while and said, I lost it, but how about 9 !!!! I almost wet myself!!!!!
