Today was the day-five day out- and we STILL don't know what hurricane Francis is doing (I live in southeast FL). Soooo I called up and asked about getting a refund if I cancel within the five days due to the hurricane. The CM I spoke with (Kerigan) said that I can have my deposit refunded or transfer the money to a new ressie and that Disney would work with me on this. She was very confident in her answer and knew right away why I was calling (as soon as she pulled up my ressie and saw where I was from).
