It's that time of year in our house - we're at just under 180 days from our vacation, which means that mommy spends lots of time stuck in front of the computer screen frantically trying to get all the ADRs we want. We are big fans of Disney dining and, with multiple generations of family traveling together, it can be a headache for me to try to coordinate park days with dining times and get everyone's culinary wishes granted (this while also trying to figure in EMHs, parades, fireworks shows, and so on).

For the first time ever, I got all the ADRs I wanted in the FIRST TRY. :cool1::cool1:

Cinderella's Castle, Be Our Guest, Le Cellier, 1900 Park Fare, Akershus, Chef Mickey's, Le Chefs de France (in time to see Remy!) - and all at reasonable times! :goodvibes:goodvibes

Nobody else can understand my elation; however, I figured people on the Dis Boards would. ::yes::

:cool1:Congrats:cool1: I have another month until mine can be made. What time did you make you Chef de France for? We ate there December 2010 and saw Remy (was not expecting it because we had no idea he was there). Now all my DH talks about is eating there and seeing Remy again. I seem to recall something about 5 o'clock and only on certain days?

WOW. So only having 60 days out from trip planning to trip start was my downfall... REALLY wanted to eat at BOG but it was filled up and Cinderellas tables only time left was 9:20pm (which we took anyway).

We ended up doing Tusker House, Cinderella, Hollywood & Vine and Marrakesh for our upcoming April trip.

Keep trying. We too are going in May, and just the other day, I happened to spot a BOG table available at 9:00, then 9:10, and then 8:40. I grabbed the 8:40. I know it is late for dinner, but it is our last night of vacation, so I thought I would grab it and hope that it works for us! I was surprised that they had any times available, so keep on trying....you never know!

I got a 12:00pm reservation (the first available, as lunch service begins at noon).
Remy comes around M-Sat (no Sundays!) at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 and 5:20 pm. Of course, I've heard that if he's having technical difficulties, we won't see him. I'm crossing my fingers that he'll be feeling good that day. :goodvibes

I agree with Lindymagoo! Our first family trip to WDW (2010), I didn't know to make ressies 180 days in advance and got some not-so-great times, one of which was CRT at 9:00 pm (not great with little kids!). I kept it, just in case; however, I was able to get a breakfast reservation there last-minute because someone canceled. Go to the Disney Dining forum and find the link for the month of your trip - people post cancellations there all the time. That's where I found mine. :) Good luck! :wave2:

Thanks for the Remy info. Nothing like a grown man (42) whining that he wants to go see Remy, LOL.

Congrats!! We only do one TS meal so getting ours was easy.

Yep! In the future, you can actually book your ADRs before you book your trip. This is what we did.

Yes, that is what I did to get a BOG for April back in February. I then planned the trip around the day I got. All they had was a late (9:30) reservation but jumped on it.
