I got a reminder email for a cancelled reservation

I made a dinner reservation which I subsequently cancelled. Both actions were done via the Disney World app. Just noticed I got an email reminder for the reservation. Do I really have to call and be on hold for 2 hours to get this straightened out? I don’t want to be charged no show fee for a reservation I cancelled.
 
The reservation was for 12/9. Yes, I cancelled on 12/4 and got an email confirmation later on same day, although the app at first said I would need to call because it couldn’t process (I don’t remember the exact msg. And yes, the reservation no longer showed up in Future Plans on the app.

I didn’t see the email from 12/8 reminding me of the reservation for 12/9 until today 12/13. AND, after I first posted, I got another email for a survey for visiting Disney Springs on 12/9. I didn’t visit on the 9th at all.

Very strange, and confusing! I guess I have to keep a sharp eye on my credit card bill and see what happens.
