I got a pin code email but....

I posted the other day that I received a pin code via email.

I was reading the email again and I happened to notice at the very top it said "Your once upon a dream resort offer - Early Family"

Well the problem is, it came to my email address but my last name is not Early....

However, last year we brought my daughter's best friend and her last name is Early.

Has anyone ever had something like this happen?

sure it happens a lot
madien name and remarried and others included in you reservation.
try it all they can do is say no

Yep, just happened to me this week. The e-mail came to my address with my Mom's name. I made a grand gathering reservation for my family last year and listed my Mom's name first on the reservation. Now everthing comes to my home and e-mail with her name listed. I can't use any of it.

Ugh, yes, this happened to us yesterday. A code came to my husband's e-mail but it was for someone else who was in our party on our last trip. I don't understand why they won't let someone else use it if it means getting a sale or not getting a sale. Besides, DH paid for the trip so the way I look at it he earned it! ...rant over

I have emailed Disney but know it may take a while for a response...I might call this afternoon and ask them about it. All of my information is correct in their system that is attached to my email, so how my daughters friends name got put on is frustrating.

Hopefully my Magical Journey's agent might be able to give me an update when I hear from her.

I got the exact same thing. Except I have no idea who the "Liu family" is. I dont know anyone with the last name of "Liu", never traveled with someone with that name...nothing!

Not sure if there is a postcoard "but..."

Got the postcard to my address, but in my mom's name, and yes, she went with us 3 years ago!! BUT I called anyway (and it is my maiden name!) they were able to apply it because it was "anyone in the household" just in case I can bring my marriage certificate with my maiden name!!

I would try. We received one to our address with my SILs name.She hasn't been to Disney in years, it was only one time. (I booked the trip we all went on, but her room had her name, this was 3 years ago.)

I called and they let me use the code that was to her, because it was my address, so they updated my household info, so they would come to my name and address not her name and my address.
