I got a Pin Code! But....

I was so excited my hands were shaking as I went to open my email from Disney Destnations! This is it I thought to myself!
oh gosh oh gosh when can I go what great deals are in this email??

only to see.....It was for WDW..... Geesh
looks like a great offer free food, tickets and 5 days for 1200 for 4 peeps.
But it's not DL
I hope this means I am on the list?
I knew everyone here would understand my pain.

It means you're on a list, at least! One of the only DLR emails I got was for the Jolly Roger...not all that exciting!

Same thing happened to me 3 days ago. The only difference is that the pin was good only for hotel rates & let me tell you they were great.

I gave it a try and called anyway, I thought well, they might just "approve it" for disneyland resort. But no, those Disney people are very tricky.

At least we are on the list!!! I'm hoping "once on the list, always on the list", right?

I have no idea. Someone was asking that on another thread and it doesn't look like there is something specific you can do to get on the list.

We stayed at WDW in late january. Before that I had asked for their vacation plan dvd. Those are the only 2 ways I could think off on how they got my info.

I hope you get on the list!! And on the right one!!

Sounds like my luck, all 3 of my DD emails have been offers for WDW...I have NEVER been there and can't afford the airfare, I wish they'd send me something for DL.....

I FINALLY did get a DLR PIN offer for this fall - woo hoo!! So definitely don't stop looking. For the longest time I only got WDW offers, when all I wanted was a good offer for DLR.

I've somehow managed to get THREE emails with PINs in the past 6 weeks or so, and was unable to use any of them! The most recent is the WDW one. I wish we could go, but alas, it was not meant to be.

My first PIN was for WDW and I finally got one for the Fall at DL but my rate for attending the homeschool conference at GCH was way lower.

for WDW? I sent for the vacation DVD and typed in I was interested in WDW cause well... I was. But the plane tickets are wayyyy outa reach.
I wonder if I can sign up for another DVD? Lol

We're not sure how my wife got the email (but not me ) as we used my email address for all the trip planning and any kind of registrations for the trip.

I'm glad I happened to open this thread. I've been out of the disney loop for awhile. I recieved an email last week from Disney Destinations, with a pin for WDW. I didn't realize that it was anything other than a mass email promotion. I should probably pay closer attention to these!

All pins are user specific and non transferrable. I just wanted to stay at the DLH once before our APs expired......
