Exactly! I will be showing properties, promoting and marketing them and hopefully finding a home for someone! Good preparation, don'tcha think?

I also spend the past 10 years caring and placing my own elderly parents, I will be dealing with the children mostly, who are where I WAS. I can totally relate to what they're going through, it's not easy finding a place for the people who raised you.

During my time off I spent time taking care of and taking my elderly (oh, she'd KILL me if she heard me say that) neighbor. She cannot drive so I took her out 3 times a week. We had a blast! I totally relate better with the elderly and children and so does my son. I guess it's because it's what I'm surrounded by!
