I got a glass slipper!!!!!

i just graduated college and as a special treat my parents ordered me cinderella's glass slipper dessert. it was soooooooooo pretty. a white chocolate slipper filled with cream and rasberries and on the side a rasberry sauce. not only that but a chocolate tear drop filled with chocolate mousse and a chocolate imprint of the castle on the plate. it came in one of those silver covered plates and was soooooooooooooooooooo good. it almost made me cry. i highly suggest this special treat. i know it takes 24 hrs to make all u have to do is call the resturant and it will be there for you. it was very magical!

Well I am not sure if you can get them in milk chocolate. I have never heard of this so far but it wouldn't hurt to call and ask. Cindy's Slipper is available at any of the Grand Floridian restaurants. You have to call the bakery to make the order. If you can't find it just call the GF and they will transfer you. The desserts are $8.00 each. If you do a search you will find other threads about this and you can see the pics.

I have two glass slippers and one dog bones ordered for 1900 Park Fare Dinner on July 25. I'm so glad you liked yours so much, I hope my kids do too.

They sound wonderful. I just read another thread that said they have recently upped the price to $14. I had a feeling with as much I'd been reading about them that the price would go up.

I think if you already reserved them they'll honor the price of $8.00 (I hope so). From what I understand the dog bones are sort of an eclair dessert. I needed something for a boy, originally was going to order a white chocolate mickey, but then I found out they were $25 and I didn't want DH to have an aneurysm.

We loved our slippers at the Grand Floridian Cafe in May, they are DELICIOUS!!!!!!!! The dark chocolate teardrop is to die for =)

i had my slipper at narcoosee's and it was on the house due to a tiny prob that wasnt even a problem to me so i can't answer the price question.

Last November I was able to have them delivered to our room at Yatch Club. The concierge set this up for us. I didn't think to ask if it was sent over from the GF or if they were also made at the YC. This was a special gift for DSIS and it was very good. Congrats on your graduation. Susan

I set up a surprise for my wife & girls. our 1st night at the poly lvc, I am having them delivered to our room to eat as we watch the fireworks!
