I got a 30% off room only code and can't use it.

I called today to ask a general question and then asked the woman if she'd mind checking if there was a code attached to my name. She found one and then asked dates ... There is a 30% off code attached, but unfortunately, there are black outs... which occur during our travel time. Oh well... it was exciting to hear there was one, though!
