I haven’t had it but I wonder if it might have something to do with the data breach that Magic Vacation Title had. Did you happen to buy resale and go thru them?

Our last resale purchase was over 9 years ago, and we don’t remember who we used.

I’ve only had the passcode once. I log in daily with the same device. I’ll try my pc once my wife isn’t working.

I just tried at work where I do not usually log in and did not have any passcode prompt.

I think it's an IT glitch. I've had it two times during the last 6 months or so and everytime there's been a few reports from others that coincide. A little too coincidental for it to be correct IMO.

This happened when my MDE and DVC log in user names were different but Im guessing this is t the case for you. Let us know how you make out.

This hasn't happen to me in the last week, but it require me to get a passcode for a few days in a row at the beginning of the month.
